Prices depend on a number of varying factors such as time, distance, square footage, and physical labor required. No contract is required. All efforts will be made to ensure a schedule and time frame that works for all clients. We charge by the job, not by the hour. This is fair to both sides. We do not clean mold or feces. We do not have the equipment to professionally clean windows. Any extra cleaning requested might get charged an extra add-on fee. Payment is due immediately upon work completion. Late payment could lead to termination on our schedule. We reserve the right to leave work if conditions are not met. We do not believe in any discrimination at all and will not tolerate unfair behavior. Everyone is Different and will not be judged. By hiring us to clean, organize, rearrange or help plan design of your home, you accept responsibility for your choices and change. As a client, you are liable for the advise that you take. We do our best to ensure all appointments are kept on their scheduled day and time. If we have to reschedule for any reason, we offer a 10% discount on future services. If the customer cancels services after booking on our schedule prior to one week before our scheduled date, we charge half of the scheduled service charge for that day. If customer cancels 1-2 days before the scheduled clean, up to a full charge of service may be charged. Certain situations apply for waiving some of the cancellation fee. We try our best to be fair to both sides. Rescheduling your appointment is possible, however we cannot guarantee availability. We adopted this policy to ensure fairness in those waiting for appointments and respect for our own time and resources. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank You so much!
